SlaMetric
SlaMetric is a web-based SaaS platform for medium-sized companies managing service level agreements with providers. It stores provider contacts and history, alongside service inventories and contracts that can include security, disaster recovery, penalty, and legal clauses. Its metric catalog spans 19 categories and more than 150 predefined types, including availability and performance.
The platform calculates compliance, identifies breaches, works out service credits, and provides threshold alerts. The Free Plan includes manual measurement entry, calculations, breach alerts, service-credit calculations, PDF SLA annexes, and basic reports and dashboards. The maker describes multi-tenant data isolation, role-based access control, row-level security, and encrypted data. The Advanced Plan is marked Coming Soon and lists automated metric collection, OpenTelemetry and API integrations, a provider portal, digital signatures, analytics and AI insights, an SLA Telemetry dashboard, and priority support. A free plan and free trial are available; neither plan has a listed price.
