Its Microsoft-certified Outlook add-in supports appointments, ordinary meetings, and Microsoft Teams meetings. The Google-certified extension handles Google Meet events and can include meeting links in reminders. Message templates can insert a recipient’s name, appointment date, time, and place. The JSON REST API uses API-key authentication and supports immediate or scheduled sends plus delivery-receipt webhooks. It can connect to management systems, ERPs, patient portals, citizen portals, and in-house applications. STOP replies are reported so connected systems can stop non-essential messages to that recipient. Customer and recipient data are hosted within the European Union, with stated data-minimisation and retention controls. SMS Meeting recommends excluding detailed medical, legal, or financial information from texts. Essential costs €7.50 a month per user and Pro costs €9.50 a month per user, both excluding VAT; SMS credits are separate. A 14-day trial is available, but unused credits are not refunded.
