In their own words

Soap Notes

Soap Notes is a coaching CRM for coaches and therapists that brings session notes, scheduling, billing, and client management together. Notes autosave, stay linked to the relevant client and session, and can use saved templates. Clients can book through self-serve pages, receive reminders, and use a portal; practices choose what appears there, while clinical notes are private by default. Two-way Google Calendar sync adds Soap Notes bookings to Google Calendar and blocks Soap Notes availability for existing events. The listed integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Drive, Stripe, Fathom, and Klaviyo. Zoom is not yet available, and Calendly is no longer connected. Soap Notes says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, team access is role-controlled, and it does not store card details. It runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, and as an extension. The free plan allows up to five active clients; Standard costs $36 a month billed annually, and Teams costs $65 a month billed annually.

WritePad EHR

WritePad EHR is documentation software for chiropractic, rehabilitation and pain management practices. Customizable content and workflows are intended to reflect clinic needs, while specialty modules help create clinical notes and reports. WriteTouch Health supports secure online intake and patient-provider messaging, along with creating, signing and uploading clinical summaries. Patients can request appointments through a secure website-linked portal, with requests connected to the WritePad schedule. For billing, WriteLinks and Electronic FeeSlip provide integrations, and the company says it can build a link if a clinic's system is not available. WritePad links with DrFirst for e-prescribing, including controlled substances, and offers eRx Check for medication reconciliation and interaction checks. Clinics can use National Library of Medicine resources or their own files for patient education. It runs on Android, iOS, web and Windows, though direct installation on non-Windows hardware is not supported; the maker says Remote Desktop apps can provide access on those devices. Pricing begins at $99 per month, with a $495 setup and installation fee.
