In their own words
Soclo
Soclo is an AI content and marketing app for planning, creating and publishing marketing work. Its tools cover strategy, content and adverts, social publishing, website building, inbox, bookings, payments and analytics. Autopilot can plan, create and schedule content on a chosen rhythm; approval is the default, while automatic posting can be enabled for selected content types. Soclo supports paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X and Google. Ads Watch can monitor live campaigns and pause wasteful spend. Soclo MCP connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Kimi and other remote MCP clients, and approved content can be published to connected social accounts. The ongoing Free plan allows manual publishing but has no monthly AI credits. Starter costs £7.99/month, Pro £19.99/month, Business £49.99/month and Autonomy £99.99/month. Monthly Starter and Pro subscriptions have a three-day trial where offered by the app store; yearly plans, Business and Autonomy do not include a trial. Soclo says it uses HTTPS/TLS in transit and encryption at rest where provided. It has not completed SOC 2, ISO or other certifications.
Text.com
Text.com combines an AI agent, live chat, help desk, shared inbox, workflows, knowledge base, customer profiles, analytics and MCP in a customer service platform for ecommerce and SaaS teams. Its AI agent can recognize buying intent, recommend products, recover abandoned carts and handle support requests, or pass a conversation to a person with its context. MCP connects assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to tickets, chats and transcripts under existing permissions. The platform lists integrations with services including Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Messenger, WhatsApp, email and SMS, along with a range of commerce platforms. Each plan includes connectivity through a ready-made integration or a custom API connection without a separate integration fee. Text supports website chat and social channels, comment moderation, SLA management and workflow automation. It runs on the web and offers desktop apps for macOS and Windows, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and an API. The company says it began in Wrocław in 2002 as LiveChat, changed its name to Text in September 2023 and launched the Text Platform in May 2025. Plans start at $19/user/mo billed annually, with a 14-day trial.
