Spacebring
Spacebring is coworking space software for bookings, billing, member services, and operations. Operators can manage reservations for meeting rooms, desks, offices, parking, and equipment, alongside contracts, subscriptions, invoices, and payments. Members use a branded web portal to book spaces, manage memberships, pay invoices, use credits and day passes, and join events. Community tools include chats, a feed, event management, support guides, benefits, and an in-app shop. Lem AI can answer member questions and help operators create resources and events. Listed integrations include Stripe, Kisi, Salto KS, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox Sign, PayPal, Mailchimp, Calendly, and Google Calendar. Apps are listed for administrators, reception, and room displays on iOS and Android. The Business plan costs $179 a month and requires a six-month minimum commitment; Enterprise has custom pricing and a 12-month minimum. A 7-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Spacebring says it serves coworking spaces in more than 55 countries.
WARP
WARP is a free, open-source, self-hosted system for managing hybrid office space. It supports assigned desks, hot desks, parking stalls, and other reservable spaces. Users can book, change, or cancel reservations and see who else will be in the office. Administrators manage floor maps, zones, groups, users, and seat assignments, with permissions controlling visibility and booking. Subscribable iCal feeds provide bookings and reminders for Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and other calendar apps. Reports can be exported to Excel, and automatic notifications cover upcoming bookings. WARP works on mobile and can be installed as a progressive web app; no native mobile app is specified. Authentication includes SAML 2.0, LDAP or Active Directory, Azure AD, and generic OIDC. Production deployment uses a container image with PostgreSQL and supports linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. The project uses an MIT license. Approval workflows are not planned.
