Teams can place guides on websites, help centers, and web or mobile apps through no-code triggers. The knowledge base supports articles and guides, with analytics, versioning, rights management, and multimedia content. AI Answers draws on structured, metadata-rich material to respond to questions, surface relevant guides, and support multi-step resolutions. Stonly lists integrations including Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshworks, ServiceNow, Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and Zapier. Plans include Basic, with 400 monthly guide views, five published guides, one language, and one team member; Small Business lists 4,000 guide views and five team members. New accounts receive a 14-day Small Business trial, then move to Basic without charge unless upgraded. Stonly is available on Android, iOS, and web.
