In their own words
Super Dispatch
Super Dispatch connects auto shippers and carriers managing vehicle moves. Its Shipper TMS follows shipments from order creation through payment, with electronic documents and real-time tracking. Carrier TMS and the Driver App handle load management, eBOLs, inspections, GPS tracking, billing, and reporting. The Driver App is available on Android and iOS; the platform also lists web, API, and extension access. Integrations include REST APIs, EDI with OpenText, Glovis, and ICL Systems, Zapier, and QuickBooks Online or Desktop. The free Carrier TMS Lite plan is aimed at single drivers and small owner-operators, but omits advanced reporting, automated invoicing, GPS tracking, and integrations. Carrier Pro starts at $55 per month per seat, with additional seats at $50 per month. Shipper Pro starts at $159 per month with two seats included; extra seats cost $79 per month, and monthly VIN limits and possible overage fees apply. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the company completes an annual SOC 2 Type II audit.
TruckingOffice
TruckingOffice provides TMS and ELD software for owner-operators and fleet builders, with web, Android, and iOS access. The TMS tracks dispatch details and invoices, including payment status and overdue invoices. Its IFTA reporting tracks miles and fuel gallons by state, calculating mileage automatically with PC*Miler. Pro plans add load planning, LTL dispatch, factoring and remit-to support, and driver settlement management. The ELD app supports driver logs, duty-status changes, daily log certification, and roadside inspection reports; its vehicle interface device reads the truck’s ECM and connects to a phone or tablet by Bluetooth. TMS plans range from $25 a month for Basic Owner/Operator to $130 a month for Pro Fleet, with truck counts and workflows varying by plan. ELD options include $23 a month or $240 a year. A 30-day trial is offered. The TMS page states there are no additional-user fees or contracts and that customers can cancel at any time. Free support is advertised.
