Overview

Warmerly is an email warmup and deliverability service for teams managing connected mailboxes and campaigns. It best suits agencies and sales teams that need to coordinate multiple senders. The combination of automated warmup and daily mailbox checks is useful, but the free plan’s 100 campaign emails per month is a narrow allowance for ongoing use.

Key features

Warmup sends threaded conversations with quoted replies and natural delays, and automatically rescues warmup messages that reach spam. A private warmup network and custom schedules add control over the process; spam monitoring helps address a common risk. These features make Warmerly a practical fit for teams warming several mailboxes, though the free plan is better treated as a small-scale starting point than a campaign plan.

InboxPulse checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and TLS daily for connected mailboxes. That regular coverage is valuable when a team needs to keep tabs on multiple senders. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect through OAuth, while other providers can use IMAP and SMTP, including Zoho and Namecheap Private Email.

Warmerly also offers LinkedIn warmup and outreach, and WhatsApp messaging. LinkedIn costs $50/month per account separately, so it can add substantially to the bill when several accounts are involved. Growth includes two WhatsApp accounts and Agency includes eight.

Mailbox credentials and OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and requests use TLS 1.2 or higher. Warmerly says it hosts data in the EU, with primary databases in Hetzner facilities in Falkenstein and Helsinki and backups in the same region. It acts as processor for customer data and controller for account information; paid plans can receive a signed Data Processing Addendum. The founder answers support tickets, and security inquiries receive a response within one business day.

Pricing

Warmerly has a free plan, a seven-day trial and monthly paid plans. Paid email sending is described as unlimited and unmetered, but the plans still differ sharply in mailbox, campaign and checking capacity.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	Free	1 email account, 100 campaign emails/month, 500 leads per campaign, 250 email checks/month, 50 email lookups/month and a free mailbox to warm
Starter	19.00 USD per month	5 email accounts, 5 concurrent campaigns, 2,500 leads per campaign, 5,000 email checks/month and 1,000 email lookups/month
Growth	49.00 USD per month	25 email accounts, 25 concurrent campaigns, 25,000 leads per campaign, 25,000 email checks/month, 10,000 email lookups/month and 2 WhatsApp accounts
Agency	179.00 USD per month	100 email accounts, unlimited campaigns, 100,000 leads per campaign, 150,000 email checks/month, 100,000 email lookups/month, 8 WhatsApp accounts, separate client workspaces and API access

Free is useful for trying one mailbox, but its 100 monthly campaign emails and modest check and lookup quotas limit regular use. Starter raises capacity to five accounts and five concurrent campaigns, making it the lower-cost option for a small team; it has no WhatsApp accounts or separate client workspaces. Growth is a substantial step up for teams coordinating multiple senders and adds two WhatsApp accounts. Agency is aimed at operators handling many client accounts: separate workspaces and API access distinguish it, alongside its much larger quotas. LinkedIn is separate at $50/month per account, regardless of these email plan tiers.

Platforms

Warmerly supports Android, API and web. Its OAuth connections cover Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, while IMAP and SMTP broaden mailbox compatibility to other providers.

Who it's for

Agencies are the clearest fit for Agency’s separate client workspaces and API access. Sales teams, lead-generation businesses, telecom companies, founders, SDRs and recruiters are also among Warmerly’s intended users; Starter or Growth may suit smaller operations depending on their account and campaign volumes. A user warming a single mailbox with only occasional sending may find the free plan sufficient, but not for sustained campaign activity above its cap.

Pros and cons

Pros: Threaded, delayed warmup with spam rescue combines practical warmup controls in one workflow.
Pros: Daily checks cover five key mailbox and domain records, and provider connections extend beyond Google and Microsoft through IMAP and SMTP.
Pros: Agency includes client workspaces and API access, useful for agencies coordinating many senders.
Cons: Free allows just 100 campaign emails per month, limiting its usefulness for ongoing campaigns.
Cons: LinkedIn is a separate $50/month per account, which makes adding multiple accounts costly.
Cons: WhatsApp accounts begin at Growth, so Starter users cannot include that channel in their plan.

Alternatives

For a smaller free warmup allowance, TrulyInbox offers one account and 10 warmup emails per day, with basic deliverability tracking; choose it when that simpler free setup suits better than Warmerly’s campaign and mailbox-check quotas. SendScale Email Warmup has a free plan with pre-warmed inboxes, warmup tools, conversational guidance and campaign access, an alternative if those are the capabilities you want to start with.

InboxWarm.ai is a paid option with a free trial and mailbox-count-based plans; consider it if that pricing approach better fits your needs. InboxPlan is another paid option with a free trial. MailStrike offers a paid Growth plan at 45.00 USD per year with up to six mailboxes, 12 placement tests/month and 5,400 warming emails/month, making it worth considering for that defined annual package. Mailwarmup starts at 19.00 USD per month for one email account and up to 50 positive engagements per day; its Growth plan is 49.00 USD per month for three accounts, suiting buyers whose needs fit those account tiers.

WarmEnvelopes has a free plan with four emails/day per domain and up to 10 domains, so it may suit a low-volume user prioritizing domain count. Inbox Warmup offers a paid Launch plan at 39.00 USD per month from day 8, after $1 for the first seven days, with 5,000 email credits/month and unlimited authenticated domains. For a broader comparison, see Email Warmup Software.

Verdict

Warmerly is a strong choice for agencies and teams that want warmup, daily mailbox checks and campaign capacity in one service, especially when separate client workspaces or API access matter. Its chief trade-off is cost scaling: the free campaign cap is tight, and LinkedIn adds $50/month per account. Choose it when its tiered account and checking quotas match your operation; look elsewhere if you need a more generous free sending allowance or several LinkedIn accounts.
