SysCloud Backup
SysCloud Backup provides automated backup and recovery for SaaS applications used by businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions. Its daily backups support point-in-time recovery, including restoring files with attachments and permissions intact and exporting deleted files. SysCloud checks backup snapshots for ransomware-encrypted and malicious files, then supports remediation workflows or recovery from a safe snapshot. Its compliance tools identify risky data access, sensitive data exposure, and compliance violations. eDiscovery searches backup archives, supports legal holds, and exports items placed on hold. The service also highlights additions, deletions, and modifications between snapshots and can export change sets for investigation. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Box, and Xero. Backup archives reside in AWS cloud storage instances in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, and Japan. The free trial lasts 30 days and does not require a credit card; there is no free plan. New subscriptions require at least 100 licenses overall across backed-up apps. SysCloud says it does not cater to individual users.
Torii
Torii is a SaaS and AI management platform for discovering applications, governing access, and controlling software costs. It continuously finds SaaS, AI, and desktop apps, including tools outside identity-provider or single-sign-on connections. Access requests can be routed for owner approval, fulfilled automatically, and recorded in an audit trail. Torii maps entitlements to owners, supports access reviews, and automates joiner, mover, and leaver changes. Usage data supports license reclamation; contract ingestion, renewal-clause detection, and alerts support renewal management. An AI dashboard tracks spending by time, user, and model and reports adoption and investment return. The platform also discovers service accounts, bots, tokens, and integrations, assigning owners and applying entitlement guardrails. It offers web and API access, with IGA, SaaS Management, and AI Management categories. AI Management is labeled early access. Torii states SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance, AES-256 and TLS encryption, AWS hosting, and SAML 2.0 single sign-on with policy controls. Pricing is on request, with a 14-day trial.
