Vertex e-Invoicing
Vertex e-Invoicing automates electronic invoice workflows for organizations handling country-specific requirements. It supports accounts payable and receivable, including B2B and B2G transactions, and validates invoice data before submission. A single access point provides connections to Peppol and jurisdiction portals for clearance notifications and status. Organizations can connect ERP data using APIs, built-in connectors, or SFTP, with formats including Peppol BIS, XML, JSON, and SDI. Buyers can also generate and validate compliant invoices for suppliers through self-billing. The cloud service archives invoices and related records under jurisdiction-specific retention rules for up to 15 years. Vertex says it updates country rules, formats, and transmission protocols as mandates change. VAT Compliance integration can reconcile e-invoicing data with periodic reporting; that reporting capability is an add-on. Vertex describes data transmission as end-to-end encrypted. The service is available on web and through an API. It is paid, with pricing on request; country and jurisdiction coverage varies.
