TherapyAppointment
TherapyAppointment is an EMR and practice-management platform for mental health therapists, with tools for clinical records, client access, billing, and telehealth. Clinical features include charting, session notes, customizable forms, and HIPAA and SOAP templates. Its portal handles intake, scheduling, unlimited secure messaging, and client payments. Billing includes payment processing, automated billing, electronic claims, and ERA posting. An optional AI Notes add-on can draft progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries from transcriptions or voice recaps. The platform connects with Google Calendar, iCal, and Outlook, but those third-party calendar connections are view-only. It runs on the web and desktop platforms; there is no current phone app, though a home-screen shortcut opens its responsive mobile website. Plans are month-to-month, with a 30-day trial and no free plan. Solo pricing starts at $10 a month after the first 30 days for up to 10 booked sessions. Higher booked-session tiers do not automatically move back down. The maker also offers live support and onboarding.
