Troncbox
Troncbox is web software for hospitality businesses that calculates, reconciles, and distributes tips and service charges. Allocations can be based on equal shares, hours, points, minimum awards, or a mix of methods. Employees can use a mobile app to view how allocations are calculated, check earnings and history, and access related information. Managers have dashboards, reports, historical data, and analytics on tronc funding and allocations. Listed EPOS integrations include Square Up, Tevalis, PointOne, Lightspeed, Quadrant, and Toast. WMT says it can process payroll or work with other providers, showing wages and tronc on one payslip, and manages tronc arrangements in relation to tax, National Insurance, minimum wage, and employment requirements. The free Troncbox plan is available to WMT Troncmaster Services clients and includes online management, basic reporting, employee access and app, and digitally stored and signed tronc letters. Troncbox Plus is listed at £20 a month, billed +VAT per site, for those clients; its features are marked coming soon. WMT is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Troncbox is freemium and lists a free plan.
