The modular Procure to Pay platform automates purchasing workflows and connects with suppliers and customers. Configurable AI can handle invoice coding, workflow management, and purchase order matching. The AP solution offers a REST API and standard connectors for SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S4/HANA, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and Oracle Fusion. Tradeshift lists ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, and ISAE 3402 among its security accreditations. Its described practices include least-privilege access, secure code review and scanning, vulnerability testing, incident response, and daily backups. AP customers can access Tradeshift University and 365-day support after setup. Tradeshift says it serves large and mid-sized companies and covers e-invoicing compliance in 70 countries. Vertex e-Invoicing

Vertex e-Invoicing automates electronic invoice workflows for organizations handling country-specific requirements. It supports accounts payable and receivable, including B2B and B2G transactions, and validates invoice data before submission. A single access point provides connections to Peppol and jurisdiction portals for clearance notifications and status. Organizations can connect ERP data using APIs, built-in connectors, or SFTP, with formats including Peppol BIS, XML, JSON, and SDI. Buyers can also generate and validate compliant invoices for suppliers through self-billing. The cloud service archives invoices and related records under jurisdiction-specific retention rules for up to 15 years. Vertex says it updates country rules, formats, and transmission protocols as mandates change. VAT Compliance integration can reconcile e-invoicing data with periodic reporting; that reporting capability is an add-on. Vertex describes data transmission as end-to-end encrypted. The service is available on web and through an API. It is paid, with pricing on request; country and jurisdiction coverage varies.
