TrainHeroic
TrainHeroic provides training and client-management tools for performance-minded coaches working remotely or in person. Coaches can manage individual and team clients, create workouts and programs, review athlete videos, message in real time, and track progress. Listed functions also include session scheduling, client portals, group coaching, forms and assessments, and payments and billing. Coaches can sell training programs through the TrainHeroic Marketplace. Athlete Pro adds StackUp comparisons, readiness insights, training streaks, nutrition sync, and a training load calendar. Apple Health is listed for Athlete Pro nutrition data, while Zapier supports coach email workflows. Apple Health nutrition sync is currently available only on iOS, with Android support described as coming soon. The platform is available on web, iOS, and Android; the stated mobile requirements are iOS 15.1 or later and Android 8 or later. TrainHeroic says it transmits data using SSL, uses AWS backups, and does not store payment card data on its servers. It also says it is not HIPAA compliant and is not part of the SDPC Consortium. A 14-day trial is listed, and Coach plans shown include $9.99 a month for one athlete, $17.99 a month for up to five, and $34.99 a month for up to 15.

WeStrive is a platform for personal trainers and gyms to manage their businesses, with tools for programming, client communication and billing. Its program builder supports timed circuits, AMRAP, Tabata workouts, habits, surveys, daily tasks and more than 1,500 exercise videos. Coaches can schedule messages, surveys, habits, chained programs and monthly recurring payments. Clients and coaches can follow programs, track habits and graph progress on Android, iOS or the web; the app is available in 14+ languages. Nutrition planning includes over 1 million foods and 10,000 recipes. Listed integrations include Stripe, YouTube, Zapier, Club Automation, Vimeo, Apple Health, Google Fit, nutrition software and Fit3D. WeStrive offers a free plan for up to one active client and lists a 14-day trial. Paid plans start at $10 a month for two clients; coaches are billed per client, while archived clients do not count toward billing. WeStrive also offers live support. It says it does not store payment card details, and that Google Fit data is not used or sold for advertising.
