The service supports confirmation emails from thousands of suppliers in English, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish. Itineraries are available offline in the app; the Mac app also supports offline access on Macs with an Apple M1 chip or later. TripIt runs on Android, iOS, macOS, and the web. The free plan allows three document uploads per trip. TripIt Pro costs $49 per year, allows 25 uploads per trip, and has a 30-day trial listed. Pro adds real-time flight alerts for delays, cancellations, connections, gate changes, and baggage information, plus alternate-flight rebooking options and interactive maps for 103 airports. TripIt encrypts sensitive personal information on mobile devices and restricts access by passcode. It does not offer phone support and aims to respond to billing tickets within one business day.

TripMapper is a travel planning app for organizing itineraries and tracking trip spending. Users can arrange activities by day with start and end times, add tasks with due dates, and view plans as cards or lists personalized with images and notes. Companions can be invited to contribute. A map view shows trip locations, and adding a location can provide business details such as a website and phone number. Users can manage budgets before and during travel, with currency conversion for currencies available through the European Central Bank. Itineraries can be viewed without an internet connection, and a worldwide catalogue lets users find interactive plans to copy into their account and edit. TripMapper runs on Android, iOS and the web. The free Trip plan includes card and list views, images and notes, mobile app access, activity times, tasks and pre-made itineraries. Trip+ adds budgeting, currency conversion, map view, attachments and offline mode for £3.99 per month; a 7-day trial is available. The service is for personal use, with an exception for clients of travel professionals with an active TripMapper for Business subscription.
