In their own words
Tymeslot
Tymeslot is a meeting scheduler that lets clients book through a shared link while availability syncs with connected calendars. It supports booking pages, two-way calendar synchronization, group bookings, reminders, and payment collection. Scheduling controls include buffer time, multiple schedules, advance booking windows, minimum notice, timezone handling, meeting polls, and booking approval. Calendar connections include Google Calendar, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, CalDAV, Nextcloud, Zimbra, Radicale, Baikal, and mailbox.org. Video options include Zoom, Google Meet, MiroTalk P2P, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi Meet, kMeet, Nextcloud Talk, and custom links. Calendars can be shared directly or embedded inline, in a popup, or as a floating button; domain whitelisting is available for embeds. Tymeslot runs as managed cloud hosting or can be self-hosted with Docker, Cloudron, or Railway and PostgreSQL. Cloud Free includes managed hosting, updates, backups, unlimited bookings and meeting types, integrations, themes, and embed options. Cloud Pro adds automation, custom questions, analytics, payment acceptance, and priority support. Monthly Cloud Pro is €9 a month; annual Cloud Pro is €90 a year.
Xoyondo
Xoyondo helps groups arrange meetings and events through polls where participants mark their availability. It also offers opinion polls, anonymous polls, and Sign Up sheets. People can create or participate in polls and Sign Up sheets without an account, and participation does not require personal information. Polls are private by default and accessible to people with the direct link; the FAQ says there is currently no practical limit on participants. Sign Up sheets come in four types, including single-date RSVP, and creators can limit participants per slot or slots per participant. Results can be exported to Excel or CSV. Creators may import Google or Yahoo address books to invite participants; Xoyondo says it neither accesses those account passwords nor stores the address books on its servers. Polls and message boards are deleted after two years without a vote, comment, or other modification. The service uses Mailgun for notifications, which temporarily retains transmitted email addresses for up to 30 days for delivery. The Standard plan lists unlimited polls and participants; Premium and Business add further scheduling and administration options.
