In their own words
Waresport Pro Shop POS
Waresport Pro Shop POS is a browser-based point-of-sale system for sports clubs and facilities selling retail products and services at a front desk. Staff can take card or cash payments, or charge sales to member accounts so purchases can appear on family wallet statements alongside dues, lessons and court fees. Checkout supports product search, barcode scanning and quick selection of popular items. Sales automatically reduce stock; inventory tools include low-stock thresholds, vendor receiving, cycle counts and audit trails. Products can have variants, categories, local taxes, discounts and member-only pricing. Reports cover best sellers, slow movers, revenue by category, gross margin and revenue per location. Each facility can maintain separate inventory and reporting, with a parent dashboard that rolls results up. Stringing and repair tickets record job details and track work from drop-off to pickup, with text and email notifications. The web app runs on iPad, Android tablet, Mac or PC without installation and can work through short outages before syncing. Team starts at $69.99/mo and includes POS; a free trial is offered, with no duration stated.
