In their own words

UrbanPiper

UrbanPiper connects restaurants’ existing POS systems with ordering channels and delivery platforms so orders can be managed in one place. Its web-based Hub includes order management, menu and stock tools, store controls, analytics, reporting, payment reconciliation, and multi-store control; it can be added to an existing POS without additional hardware. Orderline AI answers customer calls, takes orders, handles reservations and questions, then sends orders to the POS. Meraki provides branded online ordering websites and apps connected to a restaurant’s POS, with no aggregator commission on direct orders. The company lists more than 250 POS and delivery platform integrations, including Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Careem. UrbanPiper says restaurants typically go live within 7–14 working days, depending on POS and delivery-platform count. Hub is listed at £79 a month, with unlimited orders and no per-order charges, setup fee, or additional costs. Pricing may depend on scale, order volumes, locations, integrations, and products; a free trial is available.
