Listed capabilities include automatic bill retrieval, consumption tracking, move-out final bills, custom reports, historical utility-spend analysis, rate management, meter data import, and a customer account portal. Property management integrations include Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, and Rent Manager, with property, unit, resident, and charge data syncing in real time. Submeter connections include Itron, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Enphase, and other vendors. Vitality says every feature is included without tiered pricing or module upsells.
