VerifyRef automates reference checks by emailing questionnaires, collecting responses, and providing AI sentiment analysis. One credit covers one candidate with up to five references, AI analysis, and PDF or CSV exports. New users can start with three free credits without a credit card. Workflows can send consent emails, questionnaires, and reminders after 24 and 72 hours. The service compares candidate and reference IP addresses to flag potential conflicts or fraudulent activity. Its talent pool parses uploaded resumes into searchable profiles and matches candidates to job descriptions for free. AI-led video interviews are in beta and use one credit per invitation, with recordings for each question. Employee surveys and exit interviews use one credit per two recipients and include AI analysis. The REST API can create checks, retrieve results and analysis, and manage jobs and templates; the maker says any ATS can connect through REST and webhooks. VerifyRef is available through web and API. Credit packs cost 33.00 USD once for five credits, 119.00 USD once for 20, 265.00 USD once for 50, or 465.00 USD once for 100; credits never expire.
