In their own words
Voicenotes
Voicenotes records online and in-person meetings and turns them into transcripts, notes, summaries, action items, and next steps. It works with meeting apps without a bot joining the call, and users can ask AI questions about information in their conversations. Transcription supports 100+ languages. The free Basic plan costs nothing and includes 100 weekly transcription minutes, 30-day history, and unlimited recordings. Pro is $9 a month, with unlimited recordings, transcription minutes, history, audio imports, and storage, plus advanced integrations. Enterprise is $24 a month and adds SSO and SCIM, consent management, admin sharing controls, custom CRM and dialer integrations, and a dedicated success manager with priority support SLAs. Voicenotes lists web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android availability, as well as a Chrome extension. Integrations include Glean, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddle, MCP, Zapier, webhooks, Readwise, Notion, Obsidian, Todoist, and Things 3. The company says it encrypts data, is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, and does not use recordings or transcripts to train AI models.
Whispr Notes
Whispr Notes turns voice recordings into searchable transcripts that can be refined with AI. Start a recording in the app or from the lock screen with one tap. The product says it produces readable transcripts in seconds and is designed for noisy settings. Semantic search ranks notes against a question or keyword by intended meaning. Its AI tools can summarize, polish, correct grammar, clean transcripts, and brainstorm within notes; users can also clean up or export groups of notes in batches. Recordings and transcripts are stored in the user's Google Drive, not on Whispr Notes' servers. Whispr Notes says its Drive access is limited to its own files and can be withdrawn in Google settings, and that recordings and transcripts are not used to train AI models. Its privacy policy lists Google account name and email, usage diagnostics, and crash logs as collected data. It runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. The free plan includes 10 hours of transcription each month. Unlimited costs $4.17/mo billed annually at $49.99/year, or $5.99/mo when billed monthly.
