In their own words
WaiverForever
WaiverForever is online waiver software for creating forms, collecting electronic signatures, and managing waiver records through web, tablet, and kiosk workflows. Its no-code drag-and-drop builder supports custom fields; AI can create templates or turn uploaded PDFs into online forms. Customers can sign through browser links, website widgets, email links, mobile apps, or kiosks. The iOS and Android apps support offline signing and sync captured waivers when connectivity returns. They can also scan barcodes on U.S. driver’s licenses to fill in personal information. Management tools include search, analytics, customer records, waiver review, and CSV or PDF export. Named integrations include Zapier, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Dropbox, Google Drive, MindBody, and BOOKER, alongside API and webhook access. The product describes payment processing through multiple gateways. The company says waivers are encrypted and backed up and states it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. The free Starter plan includes 20 submissions per month. Essential costs $19 a month; usage-based charges apply after the first 50 monthly submissions on paid plans.
