Overview
EliseAI AI-Guided Tours is a self-guided touring service for property management and leasing operations. Prospects can schedule through listing services or EliseAI’s chat, SMS, email, or voice channels, then tour at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Access uses temporary one-time codes through smart locks or lockboxes, and ID verification may be required. During a tour, an AI assistant can answer questions by chat or voice, share property and unit details, and help prospects navigate. The Engrain integration provides interactive maps with the prospect’s location, available units, amenities, photos, and details. Afterward, the assistant can request feedback, send application links and reminders, and answer further questions. The service syncs with CRM and property management systems to keep unit status, availability, and lead data consistent. Its dashboard tracks scheduled tours, attendance, conversion, ID verification rate, and staffed versus unstaffed hours. Prospects use messaging and a phone browser without downloading an app. Pricing is available by request; no trial offer is listed.
