What it is
Humanly Intelligent CV Screening is a web-based part of a set of eleven HR co-pilots that create hiring documents from job adverts through onboarding, probation review, and career path planning in Arabic and English. Smart Shortlist scores up to 25 CVs per run using weights chosen by the user, quotes the CV evidence behind each score, and identifies missing criteria. The system cannot shortlist, reject, or hire anyone; decisions affecting a person remain with a human.
The free Explorer plan allows up to 10 CVs per screening run, with one run of every other co-pilot and no storage.
