LoadBetter works alongside a customer's TMS; the TMS remains responsible for planning, accounting, billing, settlement, and financial records. The platform lists web, Android, and iOS access. Broker Free costs nothing, billed forever, with unlimited loads, internal users, and carrier invitations. Carrier costs nothing, billed free forever, with unlimited private-network participation and bids. LoadBetter says it charges no transaction, booking, delivery, or freight commission fees.
