What it is

Uptime Kuma is a free, self-hosted monitoring tool for checking services and infrastructure. It can monitor HTTP(S), TCP, HTTP(S) keywords and JSON queries, WebSocket endpoints, Ping, DNS records, Push monitors, Steam game servers and Docker containers. Monitoring intervals can be as short as 20 seconds. You can create multiple status pages and associate them with specific domains; published pages cache results for five minutes and refresh on that schedule. Native notification options include Telegram, Discord, Gotify, Slack, Pushover and SMTP email, with more than 90 services listed. Apprise integration adds further notification choices. Proxy support and two-factor authentication are listed security features. Prometheus-compatible metrics are exposed at /metrics with basic authentication or an API key. Deployment documentation covers Docker Compose, Docker commands and non-Docker installation on major Linux distributions. It runs on Linux, Windows, web and API environments, and is released under the MIT License.
