1099 Pro
1099 Pro Enterprise is Windows desktop software for filing information returns and related tax forms. It supports 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498, W-2G, and W-9/B-Notices, with manual entry or imports from XLS, XLSX, TAB, CSV, and pipe-delimited files. The page describes 5,000 records per entity, with additional capacity available through bump codes. For tax year 2026, federal IRIS e-filing goes through the Sovos Service Bureau, which converts records to XML and transmits them to the IRS using its TCC. The software can generate state-specific electronic files and paper PDFs for self-filing; CF/SF filing is included with federal e-file orders. It prints recipient copies and instructions on blank paper, while print-and-mail and eDelivery services cost extra. The included TIN Management Utility tracks W-9, W-9S, and first and second B-Notice requests. Configurable access restrictions and audit trails record user changes to forms. A functional demo prints sample data until activated with a purchased product code. The software requires Windows 11 or Windows Server 2016 or later. One-time plans cost $699 as a one-time purchase for a single user, $1,399, paid once for 2 to 5 users, or $2,199, paid once for unlimited users.
