99minds Referral helps ecommerce and retail brands launch referral programs intended to drive organic sales. Customers can share unique referral links through social media, email, SMS and messaging apps, while the software tracks shares and conversions. Merchants can customize referral widgets and landing pages by changing colors, fonts and messaging, then promote programs through onsite widgets, email campaigns and SMS. Rewards can include loyalty points, store credit, percentage discounts and gift cards, with configurable amounts and trigger conditions. Workflows automate rewards when specified events occur. The referral page says the service works with Shopify and BigCommerce; the integrations directory also lists Square POS, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Heartland Retail, Klaviyo and HubSpot. The web and API service is freemium. Its Free plan costs nothing and includes 50 transactions, one campaign and one integration, with a charge of $0.5 per additional transaction. Basic costs $49 a month, Pro $99 a month, Ultra $199 a month, and Premium $499 a month.
