In their own words
Accedo
Accedo is a web-based platform for managing organizational policies and tracking compliance. Teams can upload and update policies with version control, then send acknowledgment requests through magic links. The system records who has acknowledged each policy, reports compliance rates and user engagement, and automatically reminds people who have not responded. Employees can acknowledge policies using a responsive experience on desktop, tablet, or phone. The permanent Free plan supports up to 25 users and 10 active policies, with one admin and one year of data retention; it has no groups, scheduled reminders, analytics, or audit log. Standard costs $2.50 a year as listed, with a $500 per year minimum covering up to 200 users. Standard and Premium include SSO with SAML and SCIM 2.0 provisioning. The maker says the service uses role-based access control, immutable audit trails, and encryption in transit and at rest. Accedo highlights veterinary practices, trucking and fleets, insurance agencies, and software startups as potential users.
Keelstar
Keelstar provides monitored workflows for collecting, approving, monitoring, and auditing business documents, including W-9s, insurance certificates, contracts, invoices, and policy acknowledgments. Its applications cover vendor compliance, contract operations, HR compliance, finance operations, and shared platform auditing. Applications share audit logging, permissions, notifications, and exports, and every workflow supports exporting records with their full history. Free browser tools provide one-time results without an account and can be upgraded to monitored workflows. Keelstar describes setup as self-serve, with same-day go-live and no implementation fees or rollout project. The Free tools plan costs nothing; Team costs $49 a month per workflow and includes one monitored application and up to 10 seats. Business pricing is custom and not listed. Keelstar says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, customers can export it or request deletion, and it does not sell customer data. The API describes endpoints for documents, parsed fields, workflows, monitors, notifications, and webhooks.
