In their own words
Acumatica Field Service
Acumatica Field Service connects scheduling, dispatch, service orders, technician activity, inventory, and billing for field service operations. Teams can schedule appointments on a drag-and-drop calendar using priority, technician skills and availability, equipment, materials, and service requirements. The product is presented for service-driven businesses, distributors, construction companies, manufacturers, and organizations handling installation, maintenance, repairs, deliveries, or remote service. It is available on Android, iOS, and web, with an API, customer portal, and route optimization. Pricing is custom and depends on applications, expected usage and resources, and deployment preferences; contact an Acumatica partner for pricing. The paid product has no free plan and uses a hybrid deployment model.
