In their own words
AdRoll
AdRoll brings social media and programmatic advertising together for cross-channel campaign management. Campaigns can reach the open web and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest in display, native, video, and social formats. Automation Builder coordinates campaigns across channels, while BidIQ applies AI to real-time bid optimization. AdRoll says it connects digital identities across browsers and devices without collecting explicit personal information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth. Its product page says competitor targeting and website-level audiences are not offered. Integrations listed include Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, AppsFlyer, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Reporting includes real-time campaign metrics, exportable reports, and reporting APIs. Support options include written and video resources and live agent help by email and phone. Social Ads is self-service only, without onboarding, account management, or optimization team support. AdRoll is a NextRoll division headquartered in San Francisco. Account-Based Retargeting has no fee to get started; the listed plan charges for media. Other listed plans either use annual commitment, pay-as-you-go, or request-sales pricing.
