Oryx QA
Oryx QA is a web-based call quality assurance platform for contact centers. It scores calls against customizable criteria using natural language processing and sentiment analysis, and can automatically monitor all customer interactions. While calls are in progress, alerts can flag compliance violations, sentiment shifts, and coaching opportunities. Sentiment tracking follows frustration, satisfaction, and engagement; compliance checks cover required disclosures, prohibited language, and industry-specific requirements.
Agent analytics include talk time, hold time, script adherence, coaching opportunities, and skill gaps. The platform transcribes speech across multiple languages and accents, and connects with contact center platforms, CRMs, and telephony systems through pre-built integrations and REST APIs. Reports can be customized and scheduled, with role-based access controls. Oryx states that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, and lists multi-factor authentication and compliance standards including GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA where applicable. Pricing is on request; a free trial is available.
