HAIP is a hospitality platform combining guest communications, AI call analysis, and a purpose-built CRM. Its unified inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, OTA messages, and Voice AI calls into one conversation per guest. Profiles can include stay history, upcoming bookings, lifetime revenue, preferences, sentiment, and reviews. HAIP says it can transcribe, summarise, and score calls automatically, and automate guest-journey steps such as welcome messages, ID collection, check-in reminders, house guides, review requests, and future-stay offers. The maker positions it for luxury hospitality operations and says villa groups, boutique hotels, and travel operators across India use it. HAIP is available through the web and API. Listed live integrations include WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, CallerDesk, Acefone, Servetel, and MCube; eight others are marked as coming soon. Pricing is per property per month, with listed modules from ₹99/mo and a ₹1,500 minimum monthly charge.
