Hostly CRM is an AI-native hospitality operating system for hotels, resorts, wellness properties, fitness clubs, and membership clubs. Its Guest 360 CRM maintains a shared guest profile across stays, wellness, fitness, memberships, retail, and food and beverage. The platform presents 35 modules across areas such as property management, spa and wellness, operations, and finance, plus 76 department AI agents for tasks including appointment booking, rate strategies, complaint triage, and night audit. A built-in channel manager syncs room inventory, rates, and availability with named booking and travel channels. The developer portal lists 22 API modules, webhook events, and sandbox access. Hostly says each property has its own data-isolated tenant, and that its enterprise tier offers dedicated database isolation. Licenses are purchased per user per location, not per room. The annual plan is $29 a year, billed as $348 per user upfront yearly; the monthly plan is $39 a month. Both include every module and Guest 360 CRM, unlimited locations, and a 14-day trial on every new location.
