Its mobile incident management capabilities are available on iOS and Android. The service lists more than 150 pre-built connectors and can connect other systems through email, REST API, or webhooks. The free plan is free for up to five users, with basic alert routing and three escalation policies. Standard is listed at $8 a month per user with yearly billing; Premium at 18.00 USD and Enterprise at $28 a month per user, each with yearly billing. Paid plans have a 14-day trial without a credit card. Listed controls include SSO, enforced MFA, and role-based access.
