In their own words
Alethia
Alethia is entity management software for private equity, funds and investment managers, keeping entity records, ownership, documents and compliance information together. Structure charts use entity and ownership records and export to PDF, PowerPoint or Excel. The deal pipeline tracks six stages and can create a draft holding entity at Heads of Terms. Its funds-flow workflow checks whether sources and uses reconcile; someone other than the preparer must approve release. Incoming KYC requests are divided into requirements with proposed answers and identified sources, and each answer needs human approval. Alethia records bank accounts, signatories and mandate controls, but does not move money or show live payments. Entities and key fields can be imported from CSV. Two-factor authentication is required for all users, and material changes enter an append-only audit trail. The free plan covers five managed entities. Registry is listed at £1,000 per year, billed yearly at £12,000, excluding VAT, with a 12-month commitment and 100 active entities included; additional entities cost £10/month each.
EntityFlo
EntityFlo is a web platform for managing entities, ownership, governance, documents, filings, and compliance. Its register covers companies, trusts, partnerships, and foreign entities, with records for officers, trustees, shareholders, cap tables, and documents. Governance tools support resolutions, meetings, voting, electronic signing, and bulk actions with audit trails. Compliance tracking covers annual reviews, renewals, company debt, and solvency across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, and Ireland. Flo, included in every plan, can answer questions across group entities, draft resolutions and minutes, run appointments and filings, and scan compliance. Integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and ASIC; EntityFlo says ASIC is currently its only connected registry. Outside Australia, it prepares filings for users to lodge with their local registry. The free plan covers one entity with access to every feature and no credit card requirement. Paid plans begin at A$199 a month. EntityFlo says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II are in progress.
