AllEars.Vet
AllEars.Vet is veterinary software that records consultations, creates clinical records and supports AI searches across patient history. During appointments, live transcription can surface diagnoses, examinations and questions for the veterinarian to consider. Generated records cover history, physical exam, assessment and plan, and can be edited line by line. The AI may suggest a discussed medication and calculate a dose based on patient weight; a veterinarian reviews and signs prescriptions with a digital certificate. Patient timelines collect consultations, exams, prescriptions and vaccines, with natural-language search. Bloodwork, X-rays and lesion photos can be attached for AI analysis alongside the history. All plans include online booking, a calendar, reminders and two-way Google Calendar syncing. Pet guardians can use a password-free link to view selected upcoming doses, vaccination records and signed prescriptions. Free costs nothing and has monthly limits. Pro costs $9.99 a month, with a yearly option shown as $8.33/mo billed yearly; Clinic costs 49.90 BRL a month with yearly billing.
