Analyza
Analyza is a web and API platform from Alyza that transcribes and analyzes customer calls, emails, chats, cases, tickets, and social media. It turns those interactions into service measures such as contact reasons, sentiment, resolution and conversion rates, coaching opportunities, employee benchmarks, and individual quality scores. The platform analyzes more than 100 languages and includes speech analytics, sentiment analysis, quality scorecards, and service-level reporting. Teams can configure contact reasons, tags, coaching tips, analysis questions, KPIs, and evaluation criteria without complex model training or manual tagging. Bidirectional APIs connect interactions and results with CRM, ticketing, business intelligence, and other enterprise systems. Roles, permissions, and single sign-on support managed access. Alyza says personal data is anonymized before generative AI analysis. Data is encrypted in storage, with default retention of at most two years and shorter or custom deletion available on request.
