In their own words
AnyChat
AnyChat brings customer conversations, tickets, a knowledge base, automation, and bots into a support platform for web, iOS, Android, and API use. Its shared inbox collects messages from channels such as Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, where teams can assign, tag, and track conversations. No-code flows can route requests by channel, intent, or customer segment and hand them to human agents. The website widget lets visitors contact a business through live chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other channels. Incoming emails can become tickets automatically, with configurable assignments, statuses, priorities, types, and filters. The knowledge base supports a custom domain and articles with text, images, video, and code blocks. Listed channels also include Twilio SMS, Telegram, Viber, LINE, WeChat, Zalo, and an API channel. The mobile experience includes inbox and conversation views, predefined replies, AI help, and reassignment. Plans include a free option, Starter at $9 a month, Advanced at $14 a month, and Growth at $19 a month; a 14-day trial is listed.
