AppFollow
AppFollow collects app feedback so businesses can analyze it and respond. It centralizes app reviews and uses AI to draft personalized replies in any language while maintaining a brand’s tone. AI summaries, custom tags, sentiment analysis, and alerts help teams organize feedback and surface issues. The platform also tracks keyword rankings, search downloads, visibility, conversion, ratings, and reviews by market. Teams can monitor competitors’ public keyword rankings, category positions, ratings, and reviews without access to their store accounts. Listed sources include app stores, Trustpilot, and Steam; connections include support platforms, messaging services, Salesforce, and Tableau. Webhooks and an API can pass reviews or data to other systems. The free plan covers 2 apps, 10 competitor apps, 100 manual replies per month, and 7 days of historical data. ASO costs $19 a month billed yearly; Essential costs $179 a month with monthly billing. AppFollow is based in Helsinki, Finland, and was founded in 2014.
ReviewSense
ReviewSense is software for monitoring and managing customer reviews across platforms, with AI tools for analysis and replies. It analyzes sentiment, extracts topics, and flags toxic or spam content. Its contextual response drafts can be edited, approved, and published; users can also set automatic replies for positive reviews or route drafts to a manual approval queue. The product tracks sentiment trends, response rates, and review velocity, and alerts users to negative review spikes and potential crises. ReviewSense says it supports more than 50 languages and can detect and mirror a reviewer’s language and script. Its connections include Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and more than 50 review platforms. Access is through web and API. Plans are billed annually: Starter is $11.25 a month, Pro is $33.75 a month, and Enterprise is $82.50 a month. A 7-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Starter allows 50 AI responses monthly and two locations total; Enterprise includes unlimited AI responses and locations. The privacy policy lists encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and other security measures.
