Customer records include appointment history, consent status, notes, and tags. The service also lists automated follow-ups and analytics on confirmation rates, no-show trends, SMS use, and revenue impact. It supports TCPA and CTIA compliance with consent tracking, opt-outs, and quiet hours handled automatically. Calendar appointments can be imported via CSV; direct connections to popular scheduling tools are described as rolling out. Starter costs $29 a month and includes 250 SMS monthly for up to 50 customers. Extra messages cost $0.03 each, and unused SMS do not roll over. The one-time seven-day trial includes up to 20 SMS, requires a valid credit card, and converts to the chosen subscription unless canceled before it ends. The web and API service lists 256-bit TLS encryption and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

SMS Meeting sends appointment confirmations and reminders by text from Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or connected business software. Its Microsoft-certified Outlook add-in supports appointments, ordinary meetings, and Microsoft Teams meetings. The Google-certified extension handles Google Meet events and can include meeting links in reminders. Message templates can insert a recipient’s name, appointment date, time, and place. The JSON REST API uses API-key authentication and supports immediate or scheduled sends plus delivery-receipt webhooks. It can connect to management systems, ERPs, patient portals, citizen portals, and in-house applications. STOP replies are reported so connected systems can stop non-essential messages to that recipient. Customer and recipient data are hosted within the European Union, with stated data-minimisation and retention controls. SMS Meeting recommends excluding detailed medical, legal, or financial information from texts. Essential costs €7.50 a month per user and Pro costs €9.50 a month per user, both excluding VAT; SMS credits are separate. A 14-day trial is available, but unused credits are not refunded.
