Arphie
Arphie is a knowledge activation platform whose AI agents help go-to-market teams prepare RFP responses and questionnaire answers. Agents draft from a company knowledge base and connected sources, displaying the sources used and an AI confidence level. Smart Merge suggests combining duplicate answers, while agents can favor recently updated content and improve grammar and readability. Teams assign roles, comment on questions, and tag members. Arphie imports Excel and Word questionnaires, detects questions and sections with AI, and exports completed work to the original file. Integrations listed include Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Seismic, Highspot, Slack, Salesforce, Dropbox, Box, Egnyte, Vanta, Front, websites, and Arphie MCP. Arphie states that it encrypts data with TLS v1.2 in transit and AES256 at rest, and that customer data is not used to train models. Enterprise access includes SAML 2.0 or Google SSO. Pricing is available on request.
Craxy AI
Craxy AI is a web-based proposal workspace for teams responding to government and enterprise RFPs. Its database covers opportunities across eight countries, is updated daily, and can be browsed without signup or subscription. For a solicitation, the platform extracts requirements, evaluation criteria, dates, forms, and risks to support bid planning. AI drafts proposal sections from approved company knowledge; teams can revise and organize the material in a rich editor. The budgeting workflow supports agency spreadsheet templates and builds line items from GSA per diem, GSA CALC+ labor benchmarks, and company fringe and indirect rates. Finished proposals export as PDF or editable Microsoft Word DOCX files. The maker lists Gmail, Microsoft 365, and company mailboxes for submissions, and Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude as AI providers. The Free plan includes one user and one proposal a month; paid plans start at $49 a month, while Enterprise pricing is custom. Craxy AI says it does not train AI models on customer data and describes encryption at rest and in transit.
