In their own words
ASAPP Interaction Intelligence
ASAPP Interaction Intelligence is a paid customer experience platform for enterprise operations and large contact centers. It builds a continuing customer record that combines intent, conversation, and context. Operators can ask its Insights Agent questions in plain language and receive findings supported by customer quotes for teams to act on. A governed interaction model links intents with steps, systems, outcomes, approvals, and timestamps. The product can load relevant CRM or other system context into a live conversation. Root-cause analytics examine repeat interactions, drop-offs, and long calls, then recommend fixes or automations with measured impact. Teams can trigger follow-ups and preventive outreach for unresolved intents or system failures. ASAPP CXP supports voice through SIP and PSTN call transfer, plus chat and web messaging. It connects to CCaaS, CRM, ERP, ticketing, and data platforms through APIs, a Web SDK, MCP/A2A, and prebuilt connectors. Governance includes approvals, lineage, and human oversight. Security listings include MFA, SSO, monitoring, penetration tests, zero data retention, and PII redaction. Pricing is on request.
