In their own words
Assembled
Assembled combines workforce management and AI tools for customer-support leaders managing in-house agents, BPO vendors, and AI agents. Workforce features include AI-powered scheduling, machine-learning forecasting, real-time adherence monitoring, staffing analytics, time tracking, and historical insights. Forecast inputs can include arrival patterns, support cases and tickets, channel, queue and site data, email backlog, and API or CSV imports. AI Agents handle phone, chat, and email interactions and can run workflows such as returns, refunds, order tracking, and account updates. AI Copilot drafts replies, translates messages, summarizes tickets, and surfaces guidance from connected knowledge sources. The integrations directory lists 31 connections, including Amazon Connect, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Shopify. An API supports custom workflows and automations. Workforce plans start at $25 a month per agent plus a platform fee; AI Agents are priced on request.
Liveforce
Liveforce is event staffing software for agencies and suppliers coordinating recruitment, shifts, communication, and payments for event workers. Its Applicant Tracking System supports tailored applications, applicant management, and invitations for selected crew to join. Teams can build multiple schedules, publish jobs to a private board, and book workers into shifts. Timesheets, check-in and check-out, overtime management, payment reports, and crew invoice requests cover attendance and payment workflows. Admins can contact individuals or broadcast by email, SMS, push notification, and in-app chat, with automated reminders. Crew records can hold details, certificates, and documents in configurable fields and groups; workers view shifts, briefings, and updates in an app or browser. Liveforce lists Android, iOS, web, and API availability. It offers plans starting at $100 a month for Starter, which includes one admin and 200 crew contacts; Growth is $225 a month and Pro+ is $275 a month. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The Crew App connects workers with existing Liveforce agencies, not a public agency marketplace.
