RFPilot
RFPilot is a web app that extracts questions from RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and vendor forms, then drafts responses using a company knowledge base. Drafts include confidence scores, source citations, and VERIFY flags for details needing review. For compliance, the app gives Yes, No, or Partial verdicts and exports an XLSX compliance matrix. Proposal outputs include branded PDF and DOCX documents, CSV files, and completed XLSX questionnaires. Team tools include owner, editor, and reviewer roles, question assignment, comments, approvals, and version history; Slack notifications are included with the Team plan. The app is available in English, German, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, and AI answers can be generated in additional buyer languages, including Turkish. It processes PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and TXT documents. RFPilot says it uses OpenAI's API for draft responses, sending prompts containing questions, relevant knowledge-base content, and company context. Starter costs $29 a month and Team costs $99 a month. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available.
