In their own words

Avaya Experience Platform

Avaya Experience Platform, also called Avaya Infinity, coordinates omnichannel customer interactions with enterprise systems, data, AI and workflows. It supports inbound calling, outbound dialing, IVR building, digital channels and workforce management for large, complex contact centers, including environments with thousands of agents. Teams can create low-code or no-code workflows, while authorized business users can update them under IT governance. Avaya describes the orchestration as AI-agnostic and supports multiple models, real-time customer context and automated workflows. Deployment choices include cloud, hybrid and on-premises, with API, self-hosted and web platforms. Listed controls include role-based access, audit trails, retention settings, bring-your-own-key and organization-defined permissions. Integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams and Verint. Digital costs $48 a month, Voice 83.00 USD, and All Media 125.00 USD, based on 200–399 concurrent users over three years; additional charges may apply.

OSDial

OSDial is a free, AGPL-licensed call-center dialer for inbound, outbound, and blended calling, including IVR. It supports predictive, power, manual, adaptive, and broadcast dialing, with custom dialplans, carrier failover, call recording, answering-machine detection, skill routing, and local presence. Campaign tools handle lead import and export, custom fields, advanced search, list mixing, external databases, and custom disposition codes. Real-time and summary reports cover calls, leads, agents, lists, and server performance. Agents can log in remotely with a phone and web browser. APIs support lead loading from an external webpage and basic administration and agent functions. OSDial can scale from a few agents to several hundred, with a sizing guide for deployments up to 480 seats. Version 4.0 is under development as a hosted solution; downloadable legacy version 3.0 remains available. Its installer erases the target drive and installs a CentOS-based operating system. There are no license fees or required support hours, but OSDial Cluster, SQL Cluster, Multi-tenant, Archive, and E-mail Template modules are non-free. Platforms include API, Linux, self-hosted, and web.
