Rent collection includes autopay, recurring charges, late fees, ledgers, and payouts; maintenance tools cover work-order routing, service-level agreements, spending approvals, and vendor invoices. Ayillo AI answers portfolio questions using live property data. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Core workspace costs $49/mo and includes the first five units; additional units start at $0.90/unit, and optional modules are billed separately.
