In their own words
Baseplan
Baseplan is a paid ERP for equipment rental, dealership, fleet, construction and service businesses, available on Android, iOS and the web. It combines rental, fleet, finance and service operations. Rental management covers inventory, scheduling, maintenance tracking, customer records, contracts and flexible billing. Mobile workflows handle contract creation, rental fulfillment, inspections, service jobs, and delivery and pickup tasks; the Mobility Application supports critical work without phone signal. CRM tools provide customer history, communication records, sales tracking and mobile access. Financials process paper and electronic invoices with OCR and real-time tracking. Baseplan lists reservation workflows, a dispatch board, maintenance scheduling and barcode or QR support. Integrations include Spend Right Consulting, CloudPayroll and Affinda, while a Gecko partnership connects online storefronts with the ERP and inventory system. The Enterprise plan covers 20–2,000 users, with pricing available on request.
Rentablez
Rentablez is rental management software for businesses hiring out equipment, vehicles, event supplies, and other assets. It covers inventory, bookings, invoicing, payments, contracts, and maintenance. Orders can be one-off rentals, long-term leases, or subscriptions, billed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or by meter reading. Inventory tools support serialized, bulk, and kit stock, date-range availability, barcode and QR scanning, and visual search. Businesses can move enquiries through quotation and order workflows, use contract templates and OTP-verified electronic signatures, and offer a customer web store on their own subdomain with live availability, deposits, orders, and invoices. Operational workflows include pickup, delivery, returns, photo inspections, and maintenance jobs that block stock. Reports cover orders, revenue, asset utilization, and overdue payments, with Excel export. The product is available on web, iOS, and Android, though Starter is web-only. Starter costs $29 a month and allows up to 200 assets; Growth is $69 a month and Professional is $79 a month. A 7-day trial is listed, with no free plan.
