In their own words
Bella FSM
Bella FSM is cloud-based field service software for small and midsized teams, covering estimates, scheduling, dispatch, customer records, work orders, invoicing, and payments. Its scheduling tools include recurring visits, a drag-and-drop calendar, and text and email alerts. Work orders can track status, checklists, parts, preventive maintenance, and photo attachments. Native iPhone and Android apps work alongside a responsive web platform. The mobile app can show job details, update statuses, and capture photos offline, then sync after connectivity returns. Stripe card payments can be recorded from the field or office. QuickBooks Online or Desktop integration syncs invoices, payments, and customers as a $10 a month add-on. The Zapier integration can create jobs from connected apps, but offers an action rather than a trigger. The base plan costs $35 a month for one user, with no term commitment; each added user costs $10 a month. Add-ons are $10 a month each. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Commusoft
Commusoft is paid software from a London-based maker founded in 2006. It runs on the web, iOS, and Android, with mobile apps for both major mobile platforms. Listed capabilities include job tracking, custom forms, operational control, invoicing and payments, recurring jobs, a customer portal, offline mode, and route optimization. Three plans organize additional functions. Go Paperless covers job tracking, custom forms, and operational control. Customer Journey adds commercial contracts, optimized scheduling, and online booking. Automation is described for high-volume scheduling and includes automation and customizable security roles. Pricing is on request, and no individual plan prices are listed. The combination of web access, mobile applications, and offline mode supports work across devices, while route optimization addresses field movement. Recurring jobs, invoicing, payments, and a customer portal cover continuing customer work and transactions. The plan descriptions distinguish operational forms, scheduling, booking, contracts, automation, and security roles, allowing prospective buyers to identify which named tier matches their listed needs.
