Funnel Leasing is a front-office AI platform for multifamily operators, connecting renter interactions and workflows from inquiry through renewal. Its renter-centric CRM manages prospects and residents, with contact-center and omnichannel communications. Workflows can automate tour confirmations, lead re-engagement, move-in messages, surveys, and renewal follow-up through SMS, email, or agent tasks. Fenix includes prospect, resident, and voice AI agents, workflows, an assistant, a business analyst, performance scoring, and sentiment analysis. The mobile-first online leasing process gathers identity, income, and background information, then can approve applications automatically or route them for review. Resident tools include applications, screening, fraud tools, a portal and mobile app, payments, renewals, and move-in and move-out checklists. Listed integrations include Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, and ResMan; Funnel says its Yardi integration supports Voyager and RentCafe and syncs pricing and availability in real time for quoting. Funnel says it works with property management companies with more than 2,000 units. Funnel Intelligence costs $3.70 a month, billed at $3.70 per unit, per month.
